We're excited about our opportunity to bring on talented engineers who will collaborate with our engineering teams across the globe. This is a hybrid position and is anticipated to be in the office semi-regularly.What You’ll Be Doing:Help to evaluate our currently existing automation framework and test scripts and drive any necessary changes.Defining, developing, maintaining, and executing the automation of test scripts utilizing various functional frameworks to provide robust test coverage.Developing an easy-to-understand test coverage matrix and reporting on automation’s successes and failures.Striving to ensure that User Stories and/or system requirements are satisfied for internal and external application users.Ensuring automation coverage and test execution are complete during each sprint and before release.Involvement in new feature automation supporting the development team.Conducting feasibility studies on comprehensive test plans that drive the automation strategy.Conducting test-leveling exercises to determine the best test layer to secure code quality.What You Bring:2+ years of full-time, hands-on SDET experience in an agile environment.Experience in automating APIs, data testing, web applications, iOS and/or Android mobile apps.Experience in JS, Web driver IO, Selenium, or cypress (Python is a plus).Exposure to automation tools such as Appium, XCTest, Xcode and Android Studio, Sauce Labs, or similar.Passion and desire to learn best in class test automation process.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Ability to gain expertise in system-level testing, development and software design and solid working knowledge of Selenium and coding languages (JavaScript or Java).Perks & Benefits We Offer:Our hybrid teams bring together top talent from Mexico, the US, and around the globe.Work from prime office spaces in the Reforma area of Mexico City.Enjoy our comprehensive benefits with excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for you and your family.Our annual wellness programs focus on both mental and physical well-being, with reimbursements, company-wide wellness days, and volunteer opportunities.Enjoy additional perks and allowances, including a savings fund, monthly teleworking allowance, grocery vouchers and travel insurance.With our LinkedIn Learning License, you'll have access to self-paced learning opportunities to help you grow and develop.Enjoy our flexible time off policy with no limit on the number of days off.Finally, you’ll be part of a team that's truly mission-driven and dedicated to making a difference in the world of healthcare.Our mission is to provide a healthcare communication solution that radically improves the way care is delivered.
