Workforce Applications Lead (Kronos + UKG)
The Workforce Applications Lead supports the overall design and development of the Hospital's Workforce applications systems including documentation, programming, configuration, testing, and training. They manage and prioritize upgrades and functionality enhancements based on organizational goals. Designs and implements the configuration of the software product to meet or exceed specified requirements. Understands user requirements and translates them into product requirements. Advises Business Stakeholders on decisions impacting product functionality. Prioritizes features based on their importance to users and their impact on business goals. Document identified gaps between design specifications and limits of product functionality and offer alternative solutions. Hosts design feedback sessions and product demonstrations with end users as needed. Liaisons with internal and external technical experts to ensure product functionality is developed successfully. Maintain and develop detailed documentation for the system. Own vendor relationship. This role will support new functionality in UKG, specifically the Extensions module.
This is a full-time hybrid position located at our Midtown Manhattan Corporate Location.
Required Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related area
5-10 years experience with supporting various workforce applications (Kronos)
Strong Excel, Word, and Access skills
Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience configuring and supporting UKG Pro / Dimensions

Salary Range:
$97,000-$145,000/Annual
