About the Position

You must currently be located in the Dallas/Irving Texas area to be considered for this position.

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager in a contractor role to manage compliance certifications (including PCI DSS) for our enterprise client. The Project Manager will work Monday - Friday, on site, directly with the client as an internal resource in a partnership model and other ControlCase teams over the life of the project to track/manage all the project milestones, do the internal/external risk communication, and ensure that project deliveries are completed on time and meet the client’s compliance objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the internal project management role for client organization and handle the PCI certification project management, including but not limited to working with all internal audit stakeholders for evidence preparation and submission to QSA, milestone and/or SLA management.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and organizations, doing the milestone escalations to the management team.

Responsible for tracking all the certification projects, Cyber Security service (scans/tests) activities, and milestones progress per defined project plan.

Provide daily/weekly project status to the client management team.

Schedule and facilitate recurring calls with customers during the project IT security compliance cycle.

Track and communicate the project risks, and customer impact issues, including coordinating with management to resolve the identified issues.

Track the evidence status on a daily basis and prioritize according to customer type, certification date, and project completion timelines.

Use the internal project management system to complete the defined tasks and update the required project information in a timely manner.

SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree and Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the field of project management for customer services organization.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certification.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Quick learner, shift directions quickly, and translate organizational needs and concerns into a solution-oriented discussion.

Proven ability to estimate, manage, and meet or exceed deadlines.

Self-motivated and self-enabler.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.

Salary - Competitive Salary

Location – On-site, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Irving TX 75063
