We’re searching for new talent to contribute to our mission and team.About The RoleThis role works collaboratively with the FIDF National office to ensure the regional stewardship process of our Giving Society members is in sync with all national efforts. In this collaborative position, the Donor Stewardship and Gratitude Coordinator will work with the National office to align regional stewardship for our Giving Society members with national initiatives. Key responsibilities include serving as a local concierge for members, providing gratitude and stewardship for current and prospective donors, managing Base Visit requests, arranging meetings for IMPACT and Adopt-a-Unit donors, and coordinating gratitude gifts and thank you notes. You will also assist regional chapters with mailings, thank you calls, and event follow-up, prepare Tribute Cards as needed, and provide administrative support for donor needs and event logistics. This role is ideal for someone organized and passionate about donor relations, eager to contribute to our Giving Society initiatives.Gratitude and Stewardship support of donors who are pre-giving society ($5K+)Manage Base Visit requests with pre and post visit follow-upArrange in-person and Zoom meetings for IMPACT donors and Adopt-a-Unit donorsManage gratitude gifts and thank you notes in collaboration with the fundraiser on the giftAssist region and chapters with mailings, thank you calls and event follow-upPrepare and mail Tribute Cards as needed for any donor in the regionProvide Admin support for team members to assist with donor needs and event logistics
On-site support at small and large scale FIDF events in the regionEnsure all giving society members receive recognition at events. Recognition should appropriately fit the size and scale of the event
Work closely with Gratitude Chair from Chapter boards for calls and letters completed by volunteersField calls from regional and national phone line (shared responsibility across multiple team members)Monitor inventory of event materials and supply needs for the regionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferredMinimum of 2-5 years of administrative experience in administrative, preferably in a nonprofit organizationProven experience in event planning and coordinationFamiliarity with stewardship practices and donor recognition strategiesExperience working with volunteers and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholdersExceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with donor management softwareAbility to work collaboratively within a team and across departmentsFIDF is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
