OverviewBy Light is hiring a Senior Server Administrator to join our team in Tampa, FL. JCSE immediately deploys to provide enroute, early entry, scalable C4 support to the Regional Combatant Commands, Special Operations Command, and other agencies as directed; on order, provides additional C4 services within 72 hours to support larger CJTF/CJSOTF Headquarters across the full spectrum of operations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing, tuning and maintaining MS Server, MS Domain Controller, MS Exchange, and VMWare vCenter, VIEW VDI, and VMware Horizon View based solutions running on Cisco UCS hardware.
Designs and architects, implements, configures, and maintains MS Server instances including 2008R2, 2012, and 2016 running on ESXi and VMware vSphere for server consolidation and virtualization.
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) attached to VMware environments.
Manages Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and deploys Internet Information Services (IIS) on the DC.
Troubleshoots, isolates and identifies problems with all servers to include Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, MS Domain Controller (DC), MS Exchange, VMWare VIEW VDI, VMWare vCenter, MS SQL, MS Client Access Server/Hub Transport Server, MS Exchange Mailbox Store, Cisco Unity Connection, CUCM, DNS, Print Management, MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), MS Windows Deployment Services Server, network management and monitoring suites such as WhatsUp Gold or Spectrum, ACAS (Nessus and Passive Vulnerability Scanner) along with corresponding NetApp SAN, NAS, and other server or storage solutions chosen by employer.
Required Experience/Qualifications
5+ years of System or Server Administrator experience.
IAT Level II certification required (Security+, etc.).
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
VCP desired.
MCSE desired.
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
Top Secret clearance required.
