This model not only helps patients in their homes, but also creates a sustainable, lucrative, and rewarding outpatient pulmonary clinic model.Currently looking for a Pulmonologist in Florida to join our network!What you’ll be responsible for:Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide world-class care to patients with common lung disorders including COPD, asthma, and sleep apnea.Care for patients in-clinic and via telehealth during normal business hours Monday-Friday.Establish care plans for each patient and supervise team-based administration of the care plans.Explain the benefits of NuvoAir Medical’s technology and team-based model to patients and support regular engagement with our team.Collaborate with referring physicians and other members of the care team.This may be a fit if you have:A passion for innovation and quality improvement.A willingness to build value in a new and innovative medical practice.Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to be personable and supportive of patients and a multidisciplinary team.Experience providing culturally competent, patient-centered care, including telehealth.Ability to provide engaging and effective clinical training and mentorship for clinical and non-clinical teams.Strong computer skills & competence with telemedicine tools & EMR documentation.Tolerance or appetite for change and some degree of ambiguity that comes with working in a startup environment.
