We help clients improve their operations.ProSidian seeks a Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist (SCA Code: N/A) in CONUS/OCONUS - Richmond, Virginia to support an engagement for a combat support agency in the US Dept. of Defense whose Analytics Center of Excellence works to expand its capabilities to support the agency with cutting-edge operations research and data science analytics.The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide Lessons Learned Program Knowledge Management Operational and Retrograde Support including analytical and program management support in the Lessons Learned (LL) Knowledge Management Program arena, principally focused on theater operations support, retrograde, and the return supply mission areas.This program will facilitate the collection of lessons learned, observations, and recommendations relative to a wide range of Agency policies, practices, processes, and procedures.The ProSidian Team shall provide experienced and knowledgeable consulting services in support of the Knowledge Management Program and collect data through the use of the DOD system of record, Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), for knowledge management and lessons learned.The Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.15 yrs. Minimum Education/Experience: Must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in DoD Supply Chain Management. Logistics and/or management science experience required. Required Clearance: SecretDemonstrated success managing and facilitating medium- to large-scale face-to-face meetings and participatory learning eventsExperience in leading knowledge management and socialization activities for international development and emergency projectsProven project management skills, and ability to work with diverse and high-skilled personnel in fast-paced team environmentsExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience using webinar platformsWilling and able to travel up to 25% of the time - primarily internationally.TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
