Regional Sales Manager, HK & TW & Macau, IT & Data Center InfrastructureJob Responsibilities
The key role of the Sales Leader is to establish and manage the business development, sales and ecosystem management strategies for TW/HK/Macau towards achieving short and long term business and financial objectives.
The position will develop and execute the TW/HK/Macau Business Plan and subsequently work on the execution of such agreed plans to align and maximize the prospects and sales efforts in Hong Kong.
This person is responsible for ensuring the team meets its business targets that are set during the development of the business and marketing plans.
This role is also responsible for maintaining the company's values and integrity and ensuring that all business conducted in the region meets and exceeds that required by local law.
The position could be based in Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan, and there is a requirement for travelling throughout the APAC region from time to time. This crucial role is pivotal to the success of HK/TW and Macau overall commercial objectives and forms a strong, confident ‘conduit’ between the organization's business development efforts, the third-party Partner organizations who promote/support the company's brand; and end-user customers who use the company's equipment in ‘day to day’ I.T Operational environments.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry of data center infrastructure construction and management.
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of direct end user engagement process, and large account management process.
Understanding of data center infrastructure, power, networking, management and/or related environments.
The candidate should also be well versed with the latest IT data center infrastructure technologies and trends.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Customer Direct Engagement skills.
Channel strategy and operations.
Conflict and resolution management capabilities.
Executive-level liaison and communication.
Demonstrated history in achieving sales targets.
Good communication skills – written, meetings, presentations.
Enterprise-level solution sales capability within the enterprise IT infrastructure market.
Negotiation skills.
Proven client relationship management experience.
Good technical understanding.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
