In the past two years, Sunny Days has provided over 1,000,000 individual sessions.We have multiple positions available (hourly rates are based on location and experience):Occupational, Speech & Physical Therapists ($50 - $75+ hr)ABA / RBT Therapists ($17 - $25+ hr)Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA ($50 - $75+ hr)Child Development Specialist | Special Educator ($40 - $60+ hr)Professional Support & Development:
individualized on-demand training as needed.Annual $500 stipend for professional development/education.Eligible for company-matched 401(k).Voluntary supplemental insurance and flexible spending account.Therapy tools and equipment provided to all staff.Competitive Rates, Based On Experience.Flexible Schedule.We are hiring for both our Early Intervention program throughout NJ, NY, PA, DE, and CA, and our Outpatient Pediatric Centers located in 4 NJ counties, Vista, CA, and Lawton, OK.Sunny Days services are provided in natural environments, wherever children and families typically find themselves: home, child care environments, or other community locations (parks, playgrounds, shopping centers, etc.). We provide a full range of services: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological services, and Special Instruction services. We tailor these services to specifically target each child's needs with an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Our practitioners design intervention strategies that are built around a family's daily routines and activities. Depending upon location, Sunny Days can provide all necessary services, including initial evaluations (to determine eligibility) and all IFSP authorized services, to individuals of all developmental levels ages 0-3.Additionally, the Sunny Days Sunshine Center of California, New Jersey, and Oklahoma offer children and their families a place for Developmental Services, Rehabilitation, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) therapy. Our one-of-a-kind centers are designed to promote positive behavior, increase quality of life, and enable individuality; the Sunshine Center embraces each child and their individual needs.
