As part of our Silicon Technologies group, you’ll help design and manufacture our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC). You’ll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices!DescriptionAs a member of the IPQA development team, you will interact with teams to plan, analyze, implement and maintain scalable software solutions. Your systems will manage and verify collateral for hard IP, including standard cell, IO libraries, memories and IP from internal and external design teams and foundries. You will be a member of a small, focused, skilled and dedicated software team. You will gain exposure to many IP views from different EDA tools/vendors and numerous design flows. Exposure to these tools and flows will expand your knowledge to support the design teams’ delivery needs.Minimum QualificationsExperience in developing object-oriented Python applicationsExperience in object-oriented design and programmingExperience in version control software like GIT or similarExperience in unit testingExperience with UnixMinimum requirement of BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experiencePreferred QualificationsExpertise in Python and Python ecosystemExperience in software development lifecycleExperience in regression, continuous integration and deliveryExperience with shell scriptingExperience with modern web and UI frameworksExperience with job scheduling systems in a high performance compute environmentExperience with dependency aware flow control toolsExperience with hard IP quality assurance spaceSupport and software development experience of in-house toolsExperience with hard IP collateralApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
