The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for analyzing complex customer requirements and developing highly innovative solutions to address critical network challenges. This role demands expert-level knowledge of network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and telecommunication equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining network integrity, ensuring compliance, and implementing robust backup and recovery strategies.Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solutions to complex network problems.Provide expert-level maintenance and upgrades for network infrastructure components.Maintain network integrity and connectivity while adhering to organizational policies.Develop and implement advanced network backup and recovery plans.Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues and develop effective resolution strategies.Contribute to the development of cutting-edge engineering solutions.Lead the design, development, and integration of complex network systems.Install, configure, test, and maintain network devices, telecom equipment, and associated software.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in network engineering.Expert knowledge of network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and telecommunication equipment.Proven experience in maintaining and upgrading network systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with PARCS or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems (PAVE PAWS, UEWR).Knowledge of the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment mission.Networking and Security+ certifications.
