Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information Office is seeking an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Senior Principal Enterprise-Wide Applications Analyst to help develop and evolve our capabilities in Business Systems, Talent Management Systems. The position is responsible for the global administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS) while providing data analytical support. This position can be remote.
The Senior Application Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the LMS, ensuring an optimal learning experience for all users.
Responsibilities include:
Central technical subject matter expert and enterprise administrator for HR applications.
Drive the configuration and optimization of the system to support business needs globally.
Execute and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for designated system changes.
Participate in other Talent Application initiatives as needed.
Level 4 user support - monitoring reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps.
Contribute to creating, documenting, and training LMS system standards, governance, and procedures.
Manage complex inbound and outbound user data feeds between Workday, Cornerstone SBX and other learning providers.
Prepares, delivers, and manages complex reports related to LMS data.
Leads Cornerstone SBX projects, enhancements, and system upgrades.
Develop complex solutions that extend and enhance system functionality.
Ensure appropriate security measures to protect user data and system integrity.
Support Product Owner to develop solutions to system challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote user adoption.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the user experience.
Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of Learning Management Systems administration experience.
Experience with Cornerstone SBX/Saba LMS.
Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience integrating LMS with other systems and content providers.
Ability to work with a variety of datasets and manipulate data for reporting needs.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI files.
High level of organization and time management skills.
Aptitude to learn software and applications.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with custom front-end experience layer design, security and API integrations.
HRIS experience, preferably using Workday.
Experience with HTML, business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to work independently and in a global team setting.
Demonstrates excellent people skills for working with technical staff and end users.
Knowledge of design software and editing tools is preferred.
Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
Salary Range:
$109,900 - $164,900
