Our Client located in Central Ohio is seeking a remote
Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions across the full technology stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) technologies.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and APIs.
Ensure software is developed with best practices in mind, including security, performance, and scalability considerations.
Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing solutions and enhancements to improve system reliability and user experience.
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and processes.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a proven track record of delivering complex applications.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
