• Manage and grow the service / repair

in the defined territory.• Design

the optimal

service network

for the defined area & contract/certify external service partners where needed.• Communicate

& drive the terms and conditions with these service partners.• Establish

new authorized

Bosch Service Centers

where needed.• Drive improvements

on

speed of repair

(2DR) by process excellence and

spare parts stock

excellence in service centers.• Implement

digital solutions of service for service centers & users as per initiatives of CSO/Region.• Implement new service offers

and business models with focus on user and traffic acquisition across

user segments .• Follow-up

on

training progress

for service centers.• Drive improvements

on

NPS

for service of Bosch power tools in the market.• Drive growth

of

service-in-network share

of Bosch power tools in the market.Qualifications

• BE in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering• Min. 4-8 years of experienceAdditional Information

• Bachelor degree in business or engineering• > 4 (preferably > 6) years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or After Sales Service• Experience in Industrial products market in the country• Fluent in English and local language• Readiness for up to 50% travel time• Experience in business commercials, process digitalization is preferable.
