Department OverviewThe Enterprise Protection Data & Analytics (EPD&A) Business Operations team is responsible for the management and governance of Financials for EPD&A and for the execution of program and project delivery for Corporate and Cybersecurity. The Cybersecurity Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is the arm of the EPD&A Business Operations team responsible for Cybersecurity projects and programs.
Position SummaryThis is a challenging and fast-paced position in PG&E’s EPD&A organization and is integral to leading product teams that execute projects within the Cybersecurity Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The Cybersecurity Project Manager, Senior serves as the lead PM for delivering all projects within the assigned program(s) within scope, budget, and schedule. This position also serves as the implementation leader for projects, leveraging available tools and processes in support of project delivery, including the implementation of new tools when needed. The position requires experience with Cybersecurity Project and Program Management using both waterfall and agile methods. Supports the successful delivery of Cybersecurity programs and projects including reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality control and post-project stabilization tracking. Collaborates with and manages cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end program and project support, financial oversight, and analysis & governance. The work location is hybrid and can be located within the PG&E service territory but will require periodic travel for in-person workshops and meetings as needed.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location at least once a month and as business needs require. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $129,000
Bay Area Maximum: $207,000

California Maximum: $197,000
QualificationsMinimum:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience managing one or more moderately complex technology projects
Experience with technology professional service agreements and materials logistics
Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI)
Desired:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Certified Professional
Experience with the following programs – Planisware, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Infrastructure and Application implementation, Microsoft Office Suite
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills
Advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Understanding of PG&E’s business and IT strategies and objectives
Workforce planning and resource management skills
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and functions
Strong organizational skills to bring order across disparate teams, making agreements with stakeholders to meet objectives
