Senior Systems Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly

cFocus Software is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our program in Annapolis Junction, MD. This position requires an Active TS/SCI CI Poly.
Position Requirements:
TS/SCI w Counter Intelligence Polygraph required8+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer5+ years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including Forcepoint High Speed Guards, OWL Diodes, Radiant Mercury, or ISSE GuardsExperience with Linux Systems, including Red Hat or CentOS Systems Administration, in an engineering capacity.Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance certification within 60 days of hire date.Experience with VMWare ESXi, vSphere, or vRealize OperationsExperience with creating tailored Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXEExperience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Chef, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack.
Position Description:
Analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities.Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.Develop system architecture and system design documentation.Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.Apply Standard Characteristics of Labor Category Capability Levels.In addition, responsible for managing very complex and/or high-risk programs and shall not serve in any other capability.Design operating/hardware systems; formulate system concepts and architecture, specific requirements, and develop implementation approaches.
