The Sales Technology Platform Specialist will grow client acquisition and sales by providing elevated service on technology platforms to select producers & agencies, as well as newly onboarded sales offices!You will
Provide “white glove” service to select producers & agencies on supported technology platforms.Provide hands-on assistance for website development through our vendor partner, FMG Suite.
Support these users’ usage of digital marketing enablement (social media and email).
Provide initial support and triage for support items of other supported technology platforms & programs noted below. Refer support via warm handoff to platform SMEs as appropriate. Follow through to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Act with urgency and “lead with yes” whenever possible.
Promote new offerings and platform enhancements to supported user groups where appropriate. Tailor messaging and outreach in customized fashion to individuals based on their practice and ability to benefit.
Identify potential platform and program enhancements based on feedback from supported groups.
You have
Ability to work effectively with all external/internal contacts to build a positive working relationship.
Broad comfort supporting technology solutions, particularly those regularly used by sales agents and offices (CRM, email marketing, social media, websites) with ability to provide routine support and basic training for usage.
Ability to effectively create strong relationships with multiple platform SMEs for problem escalation and prompt resolution as necessary.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Ability to think outside of established procedures for the purpose of customer satisfaction.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Insurance/financial services experience, particularly in sales or supporting sales is strongly preferred.
Salary Range
$99,190.00 - $162,955.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.Our Promise
