The Ground Instructor / Courseware Developer's primary responsibility is to conduct FAA mandatory ground training for NetJets crewmembers. Additionally, the Ground Instructor / Courseware Developer will be utilized to conduct training to other company personnel on operations related material.Tasks and Responsibilities
Classroom Facilitator/Coordinator - Provides required ground instruction to pilot initial new hires, recurrent, upgrade, and remedial training utilizing lecture, video, and computer aided courses. Conducts classroom presentations in accordance with published schedules, training outlines, and training manual. Communicates and coordinates with other groups and departments on training activities that are provided to the Training & Standards Department. Actively manages and completes task deadlines as necessary.Courseware Development - Assist Courseware Developer with editing and maintaining existing presentations and development of new classroom material.Records Administration - Maintains an accurate and complete record of training conducted utilizing Aviation Training Management System (ATMS) and approved training program forms and procedures.Relationship Building - Develops and maintains positive relationships with crew members by delivering friendly, courteous service to all internal and external clients. Ensures timely notification and escalation of issues within the training department.Project Assistance - Assists with Training & Standards Department and Flight Operations related projects and activities as assigned by management. Partners and teams with fellow Training & Standards personnel for continual team efficiency and effectiveness.Education
