The

Security Products Application Support

must have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for Security Applications that support the Client's systems. This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating support between Client's Integrated Platform teams and vendors, developing annual budget plans for vulnerability remediation, and executing projects and enhancements. Additionally, this role will be the primary interface for Client's physical security and Technology to assist the functional partners with planning and implementation of projects and support.This role could operate as an Application Administrator for the Security Applications and be responsible for day-to-day care and monitoring of these applications and any maintenance support required.Responsibilities:Understand Security Applications and uses (Access control, video monitoring, badge readers, alarm systems, and alerting).Conversant with Technology for basic troubleshooting and technical administration and the ability to interface with teams to help solution and support a technical application.Analyzes business and user needs, documentation of requirements per company standards, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.Participate in solution option evaluations with Technology teams and business partners.Responsible for initial planning and estimation of projects and requests.Interfaces with Technology PMO on developing a comprehensive project plan and leading business partners in their areas such as training, testing, operational changes/plans, user acceptance testing, and deployment to the field (global locations).Drives the project team to deliver timeline, critical milestones, and overall deliverables of the project.Creates and manages tickets in Client’s Technology Work Management system (JIRA at this time) utilizing a Kanban board method.Understand the components that make up a data center.Has experience logging onto virtual servers to manage and maintain the application residing on it.Understand how an application and an Operating System interact.Essential Skills and Competencies:Experience with systems such as Video Monitoring, Access control/badging, guest access, background screens, conference room scheduling, and general technology integration.Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills.Relevant experience with technology-related systems.Excellent organizational skills.Exceptional documentation skills – written and diagrams.Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Ability to manage changing priorities and make sound business decisions.Ability to own and drive issues to resolution, sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills.Ability to interface with multiple layers of management and have effective communication.Must have strong collaboration skills and the ability to interact and collaborate with other teams.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans, schedule project timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools.Manage application functions on an ongoing basis for Operational support.Ensures planning for growth and replacement and technical adaptation of new technologies.Identify and resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems with Technology teams – related to Firewall communication, storage levels, access, and authentication, etc.Comfortable making recommendations for process improvement and implementing these improvements.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent.Experience:
