8am-4:30pm Monday-FridayWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with strong programming experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CNC machining processes, be proficient in operating CNC machines, and have the ability to write and modify CNC programs to produce high-quality components. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. This is for an aluminum company.CNC Programmer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using software, e.g., G-code, Mastercam, SolidWorksDevelop and maintain documentation for CNC programs and setupsSet up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) to manufacture parts per specificationsConduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtimePerform inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet quality standardsIdentify and troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions as necessaryWork closely with engineers and production team members to interpret technical drawings and specificationsProvide feedback on design and process improvements to enhance productivity and qualityAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environmentEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsCNC Programmer Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferredExperience as a CNC machinist, with a strong focus on programmingExperience with CNC machines or tools is a plusProficient in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and softwareStrong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materialsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issuesStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
