Responsibilities:

Serenity Lane is seeking an experienced Outpatient Program Manager for our Roseburg Campus. As an integral part of the Serenity Lane team, you will contribute to our mission of guiding individuals through the journey of addiction recovery. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum CADC II certification, who is committed to expanding our treatment services and upholding the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess effective communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for transforming lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Quality of Care:

Oversee patient services to ensure the highest quality of care delivery.

Patient Census and Retention Development:

Implement strategies to maintain and increase patient census while focusing on retention.

Staff Development:

Foster the growth and development of both clinical and nonclinical staff.

Financial Oversight:

Manage financial aspects of the office to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

Develop Strong Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referents and community partners.

Adherence to Standards:

Apply ASAM, Evidence-Based Practices, and Oregon Administrative Rules in service delivery, including SUD groups, individual sessions, family sessions, MAT integration, and mental health integration.

Required Education and Experience:

Current Oregon CADC II certification

Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 1 year of management experience

Minimum of 2 years of group counseling experience

Extensive experience in addiction treatment

Working knowledge of OARS for SUD treatment

Familiarity with CARF SUD treatment standards

Additional Qualifications (not required):

Oregon LPC and/or CADC III certification

Master's Degree

5 years of experience providing clinical care and supervision

Experience with electronic health records
