Project Architect
will be responsible for working with the
Architectural
and
Construction Administration
team members to coordinate on client focused projects.Will support a project’s continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.Will interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects.Will be integral as part of a talented project team focused on serving a specific client’s operations and growth across Texas.Will ensure the timely execution and delivery and high-quality production/construction documents for various-scale projects.Your technical and field expertise will deepen our relationships with the client.Coordinate project documentation and flow during the construction phase of commercial projects – Submittals, RFI’s, Proposal Requests, ASI’s, contracts, etc.You will coordinate with the Owner, Contractor and Design team as a problem solver both in the office and in the field.You will engage in a personal and professional manner, working collaboratively with some of the best Contractors in the region to deliver demanding and high-impact projects in a fast-paced market.We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…Registered Architect preferred.Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited 5-year program/school or equivalent accredited degree with a path to licensure.7+ years of professional experience, inclusive of construction phase experience with commercial facilities.Proficiency in REVIT, Newforma, Blue Beam, AIA documents.Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices.Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.Will be required to have effective verbal, graphic, and written communication skills that support positive, long-term relationships.Must be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines.WHY US?That’s easy.
