The Opportunity:As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As a Maritime Fires Planner, you’ll bring your leadership, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Maritime Fires on projects for the Navy. You’ll use your expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support Maritime Fires.

You served your country as a military expert, now further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.
You Have:
15+ years of experience with supporting the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps
10+ years of experience with Naval Fires
5+ years of experience in military operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR
5+ years of experience in working with military plans
Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with joint fires coordination and planning and USN and USMC fires coordination, planning, and execution
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM TCP and TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests
Master’s degree
Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
