Basic:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.Preferred:• At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE Technology and Frameworks.• At least 4+ years of experience with Java/J2EE technologies.• At least 4 years of working experience on different J2EE frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC, etc.• At least 4 years of experience in development tools like Eclipse, WebSphere application server, etc.• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.• Analytical skills to identify root causes and come up with solutions/alternatives.• Experience in the HealthCare domain.• Hands-on experience with Web Services – SOAP and/or RESTful.• Experience in any of the Databases, writing queries/procedures like DB2/Oracle/SQL Server, etc.• Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects.• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Additional Information
