Job Description

Python DeveloperLocation: NYC, NYDuration: 6+ monthsResponsibilities:

Work on front, middle or back office platforms for leading investment banks.Involvement in projects such as building new trade capture systems or real-time, multithreaded risk portals.Develop a complete rewrite of the reporting suite and introduce precognitive error checking and intelligent auto-correct for OATS.Skills Required:

Excellent C++ and/or Python/scripting skills with 7+ years of experience.Excellent system design for a software-oriented architecture.Strong analytical skills.Knowledge of programming with UNIX is essential.Buy-side/Sell-side order management system experience is highly desired.Experience with relational databases and multi-threaded programming, and knowledge of UNIX scripting languages is desired.Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional Information
