Summary:The Cyber Solutions Engineering (CSE) team within the Cybersecurity Risk Management (CSRM) department ensures successful delivery and operations of critical security controls across the CHS Enterprise. As a Cyber Security Engineer, Desktop SSO, in the Identity Services team for the Cyber Security Risk Management (CSRM) organization, you will work closely with various departments, including Hospital IT teams and other corporate IT teams, to ensure a highly available Desktop SSO solution to support Hospital operations.You should have broad theoretical knowledge, such as knowledge gained through post-secondary education or certification-related training, as well as some professional experience in cyber security or information technology. You are expected to have practical knowledge in the responsibilities listed below, gained through both education and work experience. You can be trusted to work independently with general supervision and can tackle difficult problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design, implement, document, and assist in the maintenance of Desktop SSO (ExactAccess/HealthCast) solutions.Prioritize tasks and ensure that issues are fully resolved in a timely manner.Develop, implement, perform, and document periodic system upgrades to ExactAccess/HealthCast infrastructure.Work with departments and key stakeholders to create and maintain local ExactAccess/HealthCast environments to ensure high availability in support of hospital personnel.Identify problems or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest modifications.Develop Desktop SSO integrations as required to support local hospital use cases.Create easily understood, useful documentation for processes and solutions to be used by team members and end users.Provide guidance to local IT resources to support local environments for the fastest path to resolving ExactAccess/HealthCast issues. Provide SME level support as needed.Qualifications:Required Education: High School diplomaPreferred Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems (or other related field), equivalent certifications, or equivalent work experience.Required Experience:

Activities:

Experience in ExactAccess/HealthCast or other Desktop SSO products (Imprivata OneSign, Caradigm Vergence).Worked in process-driven structured environments and participated in process optimization activities.
