Key job responsibilitiesYou will join our community of Technical Program Managers and contribute to defining and raising technical program management standards across the Security Assurance organization. You will work on Amazon HealthCare's hardest Security Risk Management problems. You will exert technical vision and will excel at managing a portfolio of requirements from multiple customers, developing strategies, influencing leadership decisions, and developing program management methodologies that help accelerate delivery and ship highly complex software solutions in an AWS cloud environment. You will be experienced in driving complex technical programs across multiple organizations. You will have the ability to go deep into the understanding of technical problems, associated protocols, and technology stacks. You will operate in total autonomy and have proven skills at driving decision making with technical and non-technical audiences. You will possess a unique blend of technical breadth and depth, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 3+ years of software development experience- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- Experience with implementing and managing security risk management frameworks- Develop and communicate Technical Security Assessment Reports to Senior Executives- Conduct Technical Security Assessments for business and tech teams
