The Grocery Outlet Store Support team is here to enable our Independent Operators and Aspiring Operators in Training (AOTs) to be successful Operators. We do this by providing world-class Project Management, Training, Communication, and Support services so our Independent Operators can focus on what matters: their families, business, customers, and communities. We build strong relationships with our Operators by being transparent and collaborative in all that we do and by looking for ways to improve the operator experience continuously.About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Operations Support team. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, analyze existing business processes, and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance.Responsibilities Include
Process Assessment: Evaluate current business processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.Data Analysis: Analyze relevant data and metrics to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for process improvement projects.Process Design: Create detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to illustrate current and future states.Solution Proposals: Develop and present process improvement proposals and recommendations to stakeholders, outlining potential benefits and ROI.Project Management: Lead or assist in project management of process improvement initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.Change Management: Work with teams to implement process changes and manage resistance or challenges that arise during the transition.Monitoring and Feedback: Continuously monitor and assess process performance post-implementation, gathering feedback for further improvements.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all process changes, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and tools.Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert on business processes and systems.About The Pay
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleExperience working in a fast-paced business environment with complex business processes, retail industry preferredProficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and identifying process inefficiencies.Strong written and verbal communication to convey findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.Experience in using process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) to document and visualize processes.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to drive process improvement initiatives.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including management, IT, and end-users.Skills in managing change and addressing resistance to process changes.Understanding of business operations and the ability to align process improvements with organizational goals.Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, process automation, and workflow management software.Commitment to a culture of continuous improvement and the ability to monitor and adapt processes over time.Adept at identifying problems, generating solutions, and assessing their feasibility and impact.
