Need:

Present ideas assertively and not be easily ignored.
Be articulate, persuasive, and organized in their presentation skills.
Carry themselves well in group settings.
Listen and promote open communication upward, downward, and cross-functionally.
Write meaningful complex documents such as program specifications and test plans. Documents should be clear, concise, grammatically correct, and require minimal editing.
Communicate effectively with peers, clients, FRIT personnel, and other District personnel.
Track progress and report status effectively and accurately.
QualificationsKnowledge and Experience:
10+ years of experience required.
Use and apply technical/business knowledge on both the job and future planning of job deliverables.
Expert on Java EE technologies
(specifically JSP/JSF, JDBC, JPA, JAXB, JAXP, Web Services – JAX-WS, Maven to build), Angular 2 or above.
Expert in open source frameworks (Hibernate, Spring).
Experience with MyFaces, Trinidad, Spring Web Flow, Spring Batch, RichFaces, and Facelets is a plus.
Experience with
Eclipse/RSA, Oracle, WebLogic, WebSphere, & web services.
Working knowledge with Angular is a plus.
Must be familiar with implementing standard best practices (e.g. secure programming, Java patterns, test first development).
Provide expert technical mentoring on the tools used for a specific project and how to get the most out of the tools.
Provide fully documented work, instruction, and training to peers as required.
