ServiceNow developer certification
or
coursework/training a plus . Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as
Service Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Mobility, CMDB, and Service Request Management/Service Catalog
is a plus.Qualifications
