You Are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize business processes within HCM, including conversions, integrations, fast formulas, updating tables, etc.
Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create a stand-out talent management offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Talent Cloud and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment.
Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Performance management, Profiles, career development, succession management areas.
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
Role Location Annual Salary Range:
California: $93,400 to $224,600
Colorado: $93,400 to $194,100
District of Columbia: $99,500 to $206,700
New York: $86,500 to $224,600
Maryland: $86,500 to $179,700
Washington: $99,500 to $206,700
