Oracle EBS R12.2 Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle EBS Technical lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle SQL Loader, Oracle SQL, Oracle EBS Forms, Oracle EBS Reports, and Oracle E Business.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the development and maintenance of Oracle EBS Forms and Reports to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical expertise in Oracle SQL Loader and Oracle SQL to support data migration and integration projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS implementations.
Develop and enforce best practices for Oracle EBS development and deployment.
Ensure the security and integrity of Oracle EBS applications by implementing appropriate controls and monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle EBS applications.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures for Oracle EBS solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle EBS projects within scope, time, and budget.
Qualifications:
Strong Knowledge in Oracle EBS R12.2
Should know release activities and should have worked with ticket management tools like Service Now etc.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 11/14/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
