Join our vibrant international team of 600 people across 15 different cities, worldwide.As a Business/System analyst at Paysera, you will be involved in delving into technical specifics alongside developers, crafting mock-ups, and maintaining a close collaboration with UX professionals. Your role is primarily focused on day-to-day tasks rather than overarching product vision.Your tagline would be: Deliver an awesome E-commerce app that customers love by working side-by-side with the engineers who craft it.Your key responsibilities:
Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements;
Creating comprehensive and clear requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and wireframes that guide the development team throughout the project lifecycle;
Change requests management and documenting compromises related to product requirements documentation;
Participating in the quality assurance process to ensure that the delivered e-commerce applications meet the specified requirements and quality standards;
Maintaining proper communication between the business and development team;
Collect stakeholder feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires, or workshops;
Help the Product Manager to do market research to identify product areas that need development or/and upgrade.
What we're looking for:
Domain knowledge in E-commerce;
Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst;
Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban;
Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques e.g. User Stories, Experience Design, Process Mapping, Investigation techniques, Stakeholder and Requirements management techniques;
Programming knowledge in PHP, React JS;
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Google docs;
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
Exceptional communication (verbal and written English) and interpersonal skills.
