We're seeking a licensed Project Architect to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of architectural design, production, and project management for small to mid-sized commercial projects. You'll manage several projects concurrently, each at various stages of design. Additionally, you'll collaborate with project consultants and our in-house engineering teams. – Eligible for a quarterly and annual performance bonus programProject Architect Responsibilities:Client interface and coordinationDrive design, production, and delivery of projectsGuide the design team through the construction documentation and permit approval processConduct code compliance and quality control reviews of projectsCoordinate with consultants during all project phasesEnsure design control and construction administration of projectsAssist in the improvements of firm-wide documentation procedures and standardsSupport project management in staffing, fee estimating and schedulingAssist with proposals/budget development and project status updatesProvide technical guidance to project staff and share expertise and knowledge within the firmProject Architect Requirements:Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture preferredRegistered Architect in good standing required, NCARB preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience working on all phases of architectural design, production and delivery and managementProficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel and Revit - 3D rendering knowledge is a plusSite Planning experience and strong design skillsExperience in a variety of projects (i.e. retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use)Strong presentation, oral and written communication skillsAbout Us:Barghausen Consulting Engineers, a Division of Core States Group, is one of the Northwest's leading multi-disciplined service firms offering civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, and other related services.
