Job Title:
Technical Program ManagerDo you want to re-invent how millions of people consume video content on their TVs, Tablets and Alexa? We are building a cutting-edge & free to watch streaming service called Fire TV Channels. Our goal is to provide customers with a delightful and personalized experience for consuming content across News, Sports, Cooking, Gaming, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and more.You will work closely with engineering, product, business development, and content partners to realize our ambitious product vision. You will get to work with Generative AI and other state-of-the-art technologies to help scale the content ingestion pipeline, enrich content metadata, and build recommendation solutions from the ground up. You will be in the driver's seat to present customers with content they will love.Key Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with business development and external content partners to build scalable systems and processes to ingest their content.Partner with engineering and product to build first-class tools for content ingestion and enrichment.Work closely with other teams to provide the best personalized content to the customers.Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.5+ years of technical product or program management experience.3+ years of software development experience.5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.This position will remain posted until filled.
