Principal Product Manager, Vehicle Redeployment, Vehicle Delivery

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager for North America Vehicle Redeployment to create value in our fleet processes. This leader will work with complex processes to implement innovative approaches to a traditional fleet business environment. Amazon is looking for a leader that is comfortable working with external partners and driving initiatives across multiple organizations to positively impact our customers. This leader will have a track record of inception to implementation ownership and successfully delivering results.
Key job responsibilities•Define product vision, strategy and roadmap - building and launching products that support fleet flexibility•Partner with cross-organizational teams (across function, level and geography) to influence the development and launch of new products and services•Own and manage the product roadmap (end to end experience), making data driven tradeoffs, and balancing customer needs versus technical or operational constraints•Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication to to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery•Write Press Release Frequently Asked Questions (PRFAQs) critical business docs to influence strategy and funding•Deep dive into data to understand user behavior, uncover insights and monitor launch / product performance- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience owning technology products- Master's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
