Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Database Administrator to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. Join a dynamic team as a Database Administrator, contributing to complex projects and providing expert leadership in Database Administration & Management. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make significant contributions to the development of more complex database systems.Responsibilities:Develop and implement more complex databases, including access methods, device allocations, and security measures.Analyze, design, and create intricate data models, logical and physical databases, data dictionaries, and schemas.Liaise with database software vendors and external technical support, contributing to software upgrades and issue resolutions.Exercise creativity and foresight in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert in Database Administration.Collaborate with users to determine requirements, review systems under development, and coordinate project team activities.Benefits and Perks

Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy, scikitlearn, seaborn), Databricks, ETL, AWS, Domino, Excel, and Powerpoint.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to balance customer needs and business goals.Experience in driving strategies, managing roadmaps, and measuring outcomes.Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization, making data-driven decisions, and presenting ideas at all organizational levels.
