Full-Time/RegularCALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to work on-site with our customer located at Fort Eustis, VA. The candidate will work as a member of a small IT team providing IT expertise to functional project managers in the areas of: IT Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Requirements Engineering, Cybersecurity, and IT Governance. The candidate will analyze existing business processes and offer process improvement recommendations to functional project managers, identify risks/issues, and recommend mitigation strategies. The candidate will provide oral and written briefs to HQDA senior leadership as well as presentations to large workshop forums.Required Skills

5 years' experience as an Enterprise Architect and/or Software Project ManagerAbility to perform enterprise-level strategic and implementation planning for IT requirementsExperience implementing a data-driven architectureExperience facilitating IT Configuration Control Boards and User Working GroupsExperience in Software Life Cycle ManagementExperience with business process modelingExceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience configuring and using SharePoint, including managing content and creating/modifying site and page layoutsAbility to effectively communicate technical IT information in a non-IT environmentAbility to provide sound IT recommendations based on DoD- and Army-wide policies and procedures to ensure sustainment of quality ranges and training landsDesired Skills

On-site customer service experience preferredU.S. Military experience, Sustainable Range Program (SRP) and/or Training expertise preferredUnderstanding of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)Working knowledge of Army Cybersecurity policies and the Risk Management FrameworkExperience/expertise in Defense Business Systems (DBS), Army Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and DoD BEA assessmentsKnowledge of modern software development techniques including microservices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), agile methodologies, and DevSecOpsProven experience in evaluating emerging technologies for effectiveness and/or potential for useEducation
