Required Skills:Experience in the performance analysis or performance engineering field with strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technologies including web, web services, distributed and mainframe databases, mainframe and messaging layers.Familiarity with real-time, user-facing testing methodologies and approaches.Familiarity with batch or background testing methodologies and approaches.Strong understanding of the monitoring solutions and KPIs used to determine availability and performance of these technology stacks.Ability to create and validate load test scripts in at least two or more of the following protocols: HTTP, SOAP, AJAX Click and Script, ODBC, Terminal Emulator, Visual Basic, .NET and Java.Ability to perform in-depth analysis of load tests both in real-time during test execution and in post-run review to determine test validity, discover the root-cause of any failures, and report on any performance issues or defects.Monitor and manage multiple performance test team progress. Test teams will consist of a mix of onshore and offshore team members for the Core receivables Project.Meet with application teams and project leadership to determine load test requirements and success criteria.Define performance testing strategy for enterprise-wide Core receivables project.Provide technical support to the performance test teams as needed during test preparation or execution.Perform analysis of load test results to confirm accuracy and evaluate any performance issues.Coordinate with all development teams to provide performance testing support for release content and schedules.Coordinate with multiple application development, architecture, infrastructure and engineering teams for performance defect resolution.Create and maintain all performance testing artifacts (test plan, data plan, and detailed test reports).Present load test results and analysis to project management.Provide quality, process and technical leadership within the Performance Test team.Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management practices and solutions.Hands-on experience with performance testing requirements, preparation, execution, and analysis.Additional Information
