The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both cybersecurity principles and project management methodologies, ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive project plans that address the rapidly evolving cyber landscape and overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity programs.What you will do as a Cybersecurity PMO Operations Process Manager:Lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects from initiation through successful implementation.Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring they align with the organization’s cybersecurity goals and adapt to evolving threats and industry trends.Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget.Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve cybersecurity processes and project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and cybersecurity advancements to position the organization to proactively address emerging challenges and drive innovation.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams, enhancing both processes and outcomes.Qualifications:US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)At least 5-10 years of experience managing cybersecurity projects, with demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to apply them to cybersecurity projects.Proven ability to oversee cross-functional teams and manage resources to meet project milestones and goals.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and respond to evolving cybersecurity risks.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Dedication to continuous improvement and staying abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.Experience in federal contracting or working in a government-related cybersecurity environment is highly preferred.The Company:Partner Forces, LLC., is a WOSB focused on helping homeland security partners with their most pressing and complex challenges and opportunities.
