We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Systems Architect to help us evolve our Salesforce CRM to the next level to meet the needs of our rapidly scaling global business. You are a highly skilled Salesforce technology professional capable of working across all levels of the organization and are adept at crafting, implementing and evolving out of the box and custom solutions that employ best practices for systems integration (API and IPaaS Solutions) across the SFDC ecosystem. You will work closely with our current Revenue Excellence team along with our cross functional stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success and Engineering to ensure we are leveraging Salesforce as our source of truth across the organization.This is a high visibility role within the organization with an incredible opportunity to drive impact and value quickly. This is a hybrid, full-time position based out of our Oakland office in California.What You’ll DoArchitect and Lead: Define and drive the architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead key strategic initiatives, such as process automation, and data integration efforts, to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive and senior leadership across the organization to identify and prioritize key projects, providing technical expertise and strategic insights.Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Complex Problem Solving: Address and resolve high-impact, complex technical challenges, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and its integrations.Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.Thought Leadership: Contribute to the broader tech community by sharing best practices, participating in industry events, and publishing insights on Salesforce technology and architecture.Ownership and Accountability: Take full ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem, driving enhancements and optimizations to meet evolving business needs.Minimum RequirementsExtensive Salesforce Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.Advanced Certifications: Salesforce Developer I & II certifications required; Salesforce System Architect and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification highly preferred.Agile and DevOps Expertise: In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams.Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to senior leadership and external stakeholders.Perks and Benefits100% employer-paid medical insuranceGenerous paid time-off policy (PTO), plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave policy, holidays, and volunteer days off.Professional development and training opportunities.Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities.
