We are in search of a Sr Data Analyst to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves the development of comprehensive data analysis and valuation models to support business decisions. The role is integral to our operations, requiring a candidate skilled in data mining, predictive modeling, and cross-functional project management.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive data analysis and valuation models to aid in making business decisions.Use state-of-the-art methods for data mining and predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.Present data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.Understand and execute data warehousing tasks.Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.Utilize skills in Application Coding, Business Logic, Database, Database Object, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, Data Quality, Data Warehousing, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, ETL, Python, JavaScript, XML.Requirements:Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.Proficient in application coding and understanding business logic.Have extensive knowledge and experience working with databases and database objects.Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and creating Business Requirement Documents.Proven ability to maintain data quality and experience with data warehousing.Proficient in using Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI is required.Must have experience in ETL - Extract Transform Load processes, SSIS, and SSIS ETL.Familiarity with SSAS SSIS is desirable.Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and XML.Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to the team and stakeholders.Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong decision-making skills, and a strong commitment to improving corporate performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Must have strong organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
