Cornerstone Alliance Church is searching for a full-time or part-time pastor who is a strong teacher and caring leader who can lead the church forward to become a disciple-making community and reach the unchurched. A transitional team will walk with the church through the process of discerning the greatest hindrances and needs in their church. After the elders and the church walk through that process, a more detailed job description will be available.Ideal Start Date:
August 2024Minimum Education Level:
If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program (MSP).Minimum Credential Level:
Licensed, or willing to be licensed, as an official worker of the Alliance.Minimum Years of Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a staff pastor and has successfully led a congregation to engage their community with the Gospel.Compensation:
