We are seeking talented

Systems Administrators

at multiple experience levels to join a dynamic team. As a

Systems Administrator , you will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and optimizing IT systems, providing Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, monitoring, and enhancing the performance of various IT infrastructure components, including client/server networks, storage devices, and mobile solutions.Key Responsibilities

Systems Administrator 1 (Mid-Level) :

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.Monitor and manage day-to-day IT system operations, including client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.Support system operations and escalate issues, communicating system statuses to management and internal customers.Optimize system performance and conduct capacity analysis and planning.Qualifications

Experience : 7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs of similar scope and complexity.Education : Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution (additional 5 years of experience may substitute for the degree).Certifications : DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level 2 required.Systems Administrator 2 (Mid-Senior-Level) :

Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for IT systems, including detailed analysis and feedback to management.Handle escalated tickets and assist with hardware and dispatch system issues.Configure and manage UNIX, Windows, or other applicable operating systems, implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.Monitor system components, ensuring network integrity and availability.Qualifications

Experience : 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs of similar scope and complexity.Education : Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution (additional 5 years of experience may substitute for the degree).Certifications : DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level 2 required.Systems Administrator 3 (Senior-Level) :

Support the design and development of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.Provide expert analysis and resolution of complex issues related to server hardware, software, and system integration.Possess knowledge of system administration interdependencies in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.Serve as a lead technical expert, advising on system design and operational improvements.Qualifications

Experience : 15 years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs of similar scope and complexity.Education : Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution (additional 5 years of experience may substitute for the degree).Certifications : DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level 2 required.Required Skills

Proven expertise in

troubleshooting

IT systems.Strong knowledge of

UNIX

and

Windows

operating systems.Experience with

client/server architecture ,

storage , and

network devices .Configuration management

and

system optimization

skills.Familiarity with
