Software Implementation Specialist

Our client is a multi-location law firm where a new position is being designed as both an internal specialist and a support role accessible to its clients. The firm will be implementing a software product to be adopted by its clients, and the Implementation Specialist role will be responsible to:Implement and configure software products in a fashion that best serves clients.Provide training to customers as they adopt the software products.Serve as the tech support person for ongoing questions and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the firm for continuous improvement.Track and report progress of implementation projects.It's a match for someone with a bachelor's degree in a related IT field and some experience in software implementation and customer support. You'll need to have proven communication skills as well, since this role will interact so heavily with the firm's clients. Any experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.This is intended to be a full-time position, working Monday through Friday 8-5 in either office as appropriate. There is some flexibility in the starting pay as the firm makes a decision about the right candidate to fill the role, and benefits will be added upon hire.
