Demonstrate a strong belief in organizational core values and commitment to mission of service and advocacy.Lead by example, promoting transformational behaviors, integrity, accountability, creativity, and teamwork.Have capability to inspire others by creating, articulating, and implementing a vision for social enterprises and who can capitalize on planned growth.Work collaboratively across departmental lines.Meet regularly with direct reports, guiding and problem solving with both a business and client focus.Establish a routine/system that ensures healthy transparency, accountability, and trust.Create and execute strategies that drive both financial growth and positive social outcomes, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and other partners to support initiatives that drive social impact while supporting business objectives.Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to achieve effective departmental outcomes.Have a deep understanding of how to effectively utilize available resources to contribute to the agency and achieve Strategy Map Metrics.Lead by example and expect CCFW values and culture to be integrated across Social Enterprise departments, continually monitoring and course-correcting for active engagement of self and team members.Be a dedicated, driven, principled, motivated, and steadfast leader with a proven track record.Lead Social Enterprises through innovation and long-term strategic planning.Research potential new social enterprises.Prepare feasibility studies for potential new social enterprises.Prepare proposals and presentations as needed for internal and external audiences.Develop business plans, clearly defining goals and objectives for all new social enterprises for Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors review and approval.Develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness and effective public relations.Monitor business revenue and expenditures to ensure accountability and operation within budget constraints.Are you the next Sr. Director of Social Enterprises?
Bachelor's degree in business, social work, or related field required.5+ years' experience leading business operations required.Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, excellent communication.Experience in working with and understanding CCFW target client population preferred.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and SharePoint preferred.Here's the Good Stuff...
