Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying and selling enhancement opportunities to improve their landscapes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in preventing client cancellations and dedicated to fostering long-term client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs and preferences to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services. Present and sell these opportunities to existing clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of proposed enhancements.Client Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues. Implement strategies to prevent client cancellations and ensure long-term retention.Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing. Keep clients informed about the status of their projects, new services, and industry trends.Project Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client projects are executed to the highest standards. Coordinate with various departments to meet client expectations and deadlines.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and keep clients informed about new trends and ideas.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses. Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, sales performance, and retention rates.Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the landscape or related industry.Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns with professionalism.Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is a plus.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.Key Personality Traits:
