The Build Idaho real estate team seeks a creative, detail-oriented marketing coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, and content creation. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for driving marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with our target audience. The marketing coordinator will also manage email marketing efforts to help grow our client base and support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management :•Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation.•Create, manage, and monitor content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.•Schedule and publish content (photos, videos, property listings, market updates) to maintain consistent posting frequency.•Monitor and engage with the community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.

Digital Marketing :•Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and paid social media ads.•Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive traffic to the website and generate leads.•Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.

Graphic Design :•Design visually compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, property brochures, flyers, and postcards.•Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print marketing assets.•Work closely with the admin team to design graphics that support campaigns and property promotions.

Content Creation :•Write, edit, and create engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and email campaigns.•Produce multimedia content, such as infographics, and videos to showcase real estate listings and industry insights.•Collaborate with the admin team on content planning and development for multiple platforms.

Email Marketing :•Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, clients, and industry professionals.•Design, write, and optimize email newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional messages using email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact).•Track email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.•Someone seeking growth and eager to learn new skills and stay current with the latest trends.•3+ years of marketing experience, focusing on social media, digital marketing, content creation, and/or graphic design.•Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).•Experience with email and marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Eventbrite).•Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/ or Canva.•Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media trends and Google Analytics/ Search Console is a plus.•Experience in using AI for job efficiency and creativity.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling content.•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
