In this role, you'll have an opportunity to lead experienced manufacturing professionals while ensuring all plant operations are completed safely and efficiently.The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities: Collaborate with EHS department to ensure plant activities are compliant with guidelines and reduce risk of environmental impactMaintains workforce engagement through regular communication and collaborationUtilize LEAN manufacturing techniques / principles to drive continuous improvement within the facilityMonitor all manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and quality aspects of plant operationMonitor KPI's and prepare monthly business reviewsProvide leadership on capital projectsThe Plant Manager will have the following Qualifications: 10+ years' experience in manufacturing plant leadershipExperience working within aerospace industry preferredBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering field strongly preferredLEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications preferredExperience using preventative or predictive maintenance programsBi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
