IAM Sail Point Engineer

You will proactively work with the rest of the IAM team, CISO, Engineering, Infrastructure, Support, and other functional departments to design, implement and operate solutions to identify and secure our employee and customer systems access. You will coordinate closely with the Okta engineer on initiatives to support the cybersecurity and business team goals.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain tools/processes to effectively secure access and provisioning to our systemsWork closely with the rest of the cybersecurity organization to help establish and ensure corporate guidelines and best practices are followedAble to build a solution to a problem, rather than buy, when appropriateEvaluate and recommend use of machine learning, AI, and data analytic services to improve the security of our products and environmentsStay current on security industry trends and topics, and evangelize those concepts within the organizationProactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as ISO27001, SOC2, FedRAMP, etcBackground & Experience:
Experience with Sailpoint Identity NowExperience with Azure and on-prem ActiveDirectoryExperience with OktaAbility to take requirements then design, build, test, and deploy solutionsThorough ability to document and operationalize process & procedure around solutionsStrong interpersonal and teaming skills - this is an extremely collaborative environmentEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience/certifications
